Tomato Basil Soup

I found this recipe at Taste of Home.com. It came from their magazine, Light & Tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and it tastes just as good and creamy as full fat tomato basil soups. I added fresh basil at the end for a garnish on top. Recipe Here
